Imagine not only embracing, but celebrating diversity in a traditionally masculine industry? This program has been exclusively designed by a female leader in construction who is also highly skilled in behavioural economics, the art of scientifically looking at cause and effect of behaviour for commercial gain (but without manipulation!).

What is it?

This Women in Construction Cohort is a year-long commitment, where a group of 15 women in construction will grow together and support each other through a rigorous and evidence-based professional and personal development curriculum. This will consist of a two-day residential kick off, quarterly one-day workshops, monthly coaching and webinars and continual community support. At DLPA we are obsessive about equipping future change champions to challenge the status-quo, and ignite positive shifts both in the industry and for themselves personally. The industry change won’t be easy, it’s certainly a slow fix, but by supporting women leaders to become more confident, influential and fulfilled, we know we will be doing our bit to contribute!
