I am delighted to accept my new role as an ambassador for the Dynamic Leadership Programs Australia (DLPA) Women in Leadership program. This initiative aligns with my lifelong commitment to empowering women and advocating for equality in every sphere of professional life.

Throughout my career, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges and barriers women face in leadership positions. Despite these obstacles, I have also seen the incredible impact that women can have when they are given the opportunity to lead. It is this belief in the untapped potential of women leaders that excites me about the Women in Leadership program.

DLPA have a proven track record of fostering growth, innovation, and resilience among its participants.
