The online capability tool is ideal for organisations required to map their capabilities for professional accreditation, skills, and succession planning or recruitment activities. Individuals may also use the tool to self-assess, or the tool can be linked to our 360-degree Feedback tool to allow a more rounded assessment of an individual’s proficiency level across a range of competencies.
